BYG is established Software and Multi Media Company, which is based in Nottingham..  We are currently looking to expand our overseas operations particularly in China and the Far East.  We are seeking to recruit an engineer with Mandarin language skills to drive the business development of the department and to support our 3D robotics and logistics simulation product ‘Grasp’.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

•    Must be passionate about business development
•    Excellent customer facing skills
•    Graduate in an engineering discipline (preferably manufacturing or mechanical)
•    Able to demonstrate technical competence for pre-sales activities
•    Able to speak Mandarin
•    Willing to travel occasionally

SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

•    Good commercial awareness
•    Experience of industrial robotics will be an advantage
•    Knowledge of 3D software
•    Able to communicate effectively at all levels on technical issues
•    At least One year relevant work experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS

•    Experience of CAD.CAM or CAE software tools
•    Knowledge of robotics and relating manufacturing and logistic applications
•    PC literate

PERSONAL SKILLS

•    Self motivated ‘can do’ attitude
•    Effective time management skills
•    Results driven
•    Team player but able to work as an individual

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The ideal applicant from interviews has three month probation, if pass successfully, company will provide support to apply for Work Permit in the UK. Salary is negotiable.
