Job Title: Technical Assessor for EU Machinery Directive
CCQS (UK) is a CE Marking notifying body that is recognized by the BERR. With our rapidly growing business, we are now looking for a full-time Chartered or equivalent Engineers that have experience in CE marking for Machinery Directive. Job specifications are highlighted as follows:
• Handle product safety approvals for industrial machinery, power tools and mechanical;
• Compile technical test reports;
• Maintain and develop customer relations;
• Answer technical inquires in the related field from customers;
• Prepare and present for the internal/external technical seminars.
Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in Machinery, or related field;
• At least 5 years experience in the field of machinery engineering, safety approval or design engineering;
• Knowledge and experience in the European Machinery Directives, 2006/42/EC.
• Capability of working independently and under pressure;
• Team working skills;
• Good command of English;
