Responsibilities:

1.       Technical expert in precision injection molding design and development, lead in more complicated mold with in-depth understanding of mold technologies and market in precision parts like gear, worm-gear and spur

2.       Provide technical solutions to customer and product design, contribute in Earlier Supplier Involvement

3.       Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve conflicts

Requirements

1.       Degree or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Manufacturing Engineering

2.       Relevant experience in tooling design, particularly strong at small precision plastic parts and tooling design

3.       Professional at plastic material usage/application, injection machine setting and plastic mold manufacturing

4.       Ability to work independently and can work under pressure with good problem-solving mind

5.       Good inter-personal skill, well-disciplined and with creative thinking

6.       Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including conversational Mandarin
