Job Description
1. Define manufacturing technology roadmap: skilled labor development, cutter application, new process deployment, and quality level
2. Improve shaft manufacturing process yield rate: reduce shaft manufacturing cost and delivery time
3. Improve shaft manufacturing process capability in terms of shaft quality level
4. Setup new manufacturing technology for high precision turning, rolling, grinding and heat treatment
5. Keep abreast of new/advanced technology and organize regular technical meetings for knowledge sharing among engineers
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree holder in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering; Master Degree preferred
2. Relevant experience in machining industry, working experience with precision parts and micro components preferable
3. In-depth knowledge of turning, grinding, milling and rolling technology; CNC/CAD/CAM Applications
4. Knowledge of common materials’ properties and machine ability
5. Self-disciplined, able to work under pressure and self-motivated
6. Achievement oriented with good quality of work
7. Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including conversational Mandarin
