Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Manager new development projects in Automotive and Industry Products segments with focus on on-time delivery, cost effectiveness and high quality deliverables to meet the TQRDC expectation
· Work with Operations, Engineering and external suppliers to plan and co-ordinate project activities, resource allocation and ongoing progress review
· Develop, implement and maintain communication channels among cross-functional and shared services parties on the manufacturing / operation setups
· Integrate project team and ensure every team member is moving towards to same required standard
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering; MBA is preferred
· A tactical driver with a minimum of 5 years’ project management and supervisory experiences
· Work knowledge in international quality standard such as TS16949/QS9000 desirable
· Demonstrated leadership skill, especially in identifying, tackling and preventing problems matters
· Good command of English & Chinese including conversational Mandarin
