The company have an opening for an Assistant Development Officer to come and join their company and would be responsible for providing support to Chengdu representative office in property valuation and investment analysis. You would assist the Manager to undertake valuation and investment analysis. Assist to prepare calculation, valuation, sensitivity studies and documentation for potential development projects.

Major Tasks and Activities:

� Assist in preparing development and investment appraisal.

� Assist in conducting market research in relevant segments of the property market.

� Assist in preparing documentation and progress reports.

� Assist in conducting feasibilities studies of potential development projects.

� Liaise with relevant government departments and property agencies.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

� University graduate in Real Estate or relevant discipline

� 1-2 years working experience in real estate, preferably in the fields of investment, valuation or development

� Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)

� Good interpersonal ,communication and negotiation skills

� Business-minded and able to work independently

� Willing to learn, energetic and conscientious
