Responsibilities:
· Lead the business development for micro-motor and motion related business for Automotive Products or Industry Products
· Identify business expansion / potential opportunities, in both short and long term
· Comprehend market situation and provide insightful development direction
· Ensure linkage of customer requirements with product development/technology direction and manage customer expectation on project progress
· Analyze market opportunities, develop market share statistics and product analysis
· Work closely with Engineering team to ensure high conversion rate of new products launched
· Monitor Project Managers and Project Team’s performance
· Assist Business Unit’s General Manager for the establishment of product pricing policy
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering; MBA qualification preferable
· Minimum 8 years’ working experience in B2B manufacturing / industrial / engineered product / automotive industry, of which at least 3 years in managerial level
· Business development & marketing experience in micro-motor, engineered product or components for automotive / home appliance / power tools / medical equipment industries will be advantages
· Knowledge in product development process, product marketing and project management
· Possess strategic planning ability and strong business sense to Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills to motivate and influence other people
· Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including conversational Mandarin
