Dr Yang is from Sichuan Province. She obtained her PhD of Law in European Studies from Chinese Academy of Social Science in 2000. She is studying for a DPhil in International Relations at Balliol College of The University of Oxford at the moment. Dr. Yang was working as the 14th President of CSSA-UK from December 2001 to December 2002. Under the leadership of Dr. Yang, the 14th CSSA-UK team was a cohesive and productive group with conspicuous characteristics in its efficiency and devotion.
